This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff once guided me to my destination on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The staff was friendly, but the
overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. I found dust on surfaces and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The location was convenient, though, which was a saving grace during my stay.

perfect central spot for park strolls and historic landmarks
I really enjoyed the easy access to both Fallen Timbers Battlefield and Side Cut Metropark, making it a breeze to explore the beautiful parks and learn about the local history during my weekend trip. I also appreciated the nearby cafes like Tim Hortons and Zoup, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading out to see the sights.

great stay with a few hiccups
The check-in process went smoothly, making it easy to settle in quickly. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for my stay.
However, I was disappointed with the unfriendly attitude when addressing the pet fee issue.

I had a nice stay with comfy beds and a clean bathroom, which made all the difference after a long day. The relaxed vibe by the outdoor fire pit and the cozy lounge area were perfect for winding down. The only hiccup was that the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

A Satisfying Stay Despite Few Concerns
Had a comfortable stay in a clean double room. The staff were accommodating, but be aware of the slight increase in walk-in rates. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location for local dining options.

The location is positioned conveniently close to several dining options, perfect for late-night snacks after a long day on the road. The outdoor pool could be a refreshing spot in warmer months, giving you a chance to unwind under the stars.
Unfortunately, the bedding had visible dirt and sand, which wasn't a great welcome after a long drive. The noise level from the hallway was disruptive, with sounds of running and shouting keeping me up at night. The overall cleanliness needed serious attention, as I found used towels left behind in the bathroom and a peculiar paint smell lingering in the room. On top of that, chargers struggled to stay in the outlets, adding another layer of inconvenience. I also had to deal with a bizarre mix-up regarding my room key that wasted a lot of my time, and I returned to find my food and drinks had mysteriously vanished. Quite the adventure to remember, but not in the good way.

The room size was decent, and the beds were okay for a night's rest. But there was hair everywhere, making it feel unclean. The hot water was good for a shower, but the outlets didn't work, which was frustrating. Overall, it met the basic needs, but definitely not a spotless or cozy vibe.

If you're craving a flavor explosion, Maumee delivers! I hit up Sabas for their bomb tacos and Tim Hortons for the best coffee pick-me-up. Plus, the bed was comfortable, and the updated decor gave the spot a fresh vibe.
Now, the vibe dipped a bit with the staff's attitude and some wayward cleanliness issues.

The room was big and had a decent bed, but you might want to bring disinfecting wipes—just in case. Overall, it was comfy and got the job done for our stay.
The place was dirtier than a toddler's playroom after snack time. Good luck trying to shower without fearing your life in that slippery tub!
